I am planning to buy an apartment in Kolkata,a little off the new town area.It is not part of the big landscaped projects, but in a proposed standalone residential-plus-commercial building which is still under construction.It is promoted by a single builder.What should be the essential checks(to know i won't be cheated) before I invest in it?Plz advice.Thanks
